Marriage is a journey, it is not a 100 metres race dash. The
journey is so long that our provision and preparation will get exhausted while
embarking on the marital journey
The story of the marriage at Cana of Galilee. Show us that
the wine for the marriage feast finishes. As marriage couples, we should
realize that our “our wine” can get exhausted
Joh 2:1 And the third day there was a marriage in
Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
Joh 2:2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples,
to the marriage.
Joh 2:3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of
Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Our patience can get exhausted
Our finances can go bankrupt
Our love can go down
At such time, we need Jesus, We need Him to give us a new
wine, even much more better than we had before.
Jesus gives greater love than we had when we started out in
our marriage. Jesus will divinely supply our finances
Joh 2:9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the
water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which
drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
Joh 2:10 And saith unto him, Every man at the
beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that
which is worse: but thou hast kept the
good wine until now.
We need to invite Him into our marriage so that Jesus will
give He can help us in our marriages, giving us better wine
